Registration
- Deadline: March 1, 2027

- Pay: Credit card at registration or check to Midwest Youth Cup
Rosters and documents
- Upload by March 12, 2027 in GotSport.
- Rosters, player passes (cards), waivers.
- No on-site check-in.
Schedule
- Posted March 12, 2027.
- GotSport email pushes all schedule changes.
- Friday kickoffs as early as 5:30 PM for local teams.
- Saturday and Sunday host most matches.
Match-day logistics
- Arrive 60 minutes before kickoff.
- Warm up at your assigned field.
- Coach from the technical area only.
- Bring extra kits in case of color conflict.
- Bring extra water, no outside beverages into the complex; refill is on-site.
Weather
- All fields are turf, rain does not stop play.
- Lightning, thunder, or extreme conditions can stop play.
- All decisions communicated via GotSport email and SMS.
- Final authority rests with the tournament director.
Conduct
- Red card = minimum 1-game suspension.
- Spectators on the opposite touchline.
- No outside food or beverage in the facility.
Where to find help during the weekend
The tournament director and tournament staff are at the central tent on the main complex walkway. Field marshals are at each field group. If you're not sure what to do, find a marshal first; if they can't help, walk to the central tent.

What is the registration deadline?

March 1, 2027. Registration is processed through GotSport at system.gotsport.com/event_regs/1ec12d263a.
When are rosters and player passes due?

March 12, 2027. All documents are uploaded in GotSport. There is no on-site check-in at the complex.
When are schedules published?

March 12, 2027, same day as the document deadline. Final brackets and game times are posted in GotSport and pushed to coaches via GotSport email.
How early should we arrive on game day?

60 minutes before kickoff is recommended. That allows time for parking, walk-in, finding the assigned field, and a full team warm-up.
Are guest players allowed?

Yes, per U.S. Youth Soccer rules. All guests must be on the GotSport roster by the March 12 deadline.
