Common Inquiries

Is GotSport check-in really the only check-in?

+
Yes. The Midwest Youth Cup has NO on-site check-in. Every document, including rosters, player passes, and waivers, is uploaded in GotSport by March 12, 2027.

What if our club doesn't use GotSport regularly?

+
GotSport is the standard event registration platform for U.S. Youth Soccer. Setting up an account takes 10 minutes. The team manager or head coach handles it once; the system retains team data for future tournaments.

Can a team upload documents after March 12?

+
Late uploads are accepted at the tournament director's discretion. Repeated late uploads may result in removal from the tournament without refund. Email the director if you anticipate a delay.
