Roster and Documents for the Midwest Youth Cup 2027

Upload your roster, medical releases, and player-pass documents to GotSport by March 12, 2027. This is the online check-in, and there is no on-site check-in. Rosters are final once check-in is complete, and every player needs a valid player pass, with a maximum of 4 guest players per team.

Key facts

  • All players need a valid player pass.
  • Maximum 4 guest players per team.
  • No roster changes after check-in.
  • A player may not play on multiple teams without Tournament Director approval.

Roster sizes by age group

Roster maximums and minimums are set by age group, so build your roster to fit your team's format before you upload it. The limits below are firm.

| Age group | Format | Roster max | Minimum players | |---|---|---|---| | U8 | 5v5 or 7v7 | 14 | 4 | | U9 to U10 | 7v7 | 14 | 4 | | U11 to U12 | 9v9 | 16 | 6 | | U13 to U15 | 11v11 | 22 | 7 |

Guest players

A team may carry a maximum of 4 guest players. Every guest player must appear on your GotSport roster and hold a valid player pass, just like your rostered players. Add guest players before check-in, because no roster changes are allowed once check-in is complete.

Player passes and eligibility

All players need a valid player pass, and player and coach passes must be available at the field 15 minutes before kickoff. Eligibility is based on birth date within the age group windows, and a player may not play on multiple teams unless the Tournament Director approves it. Contact Gabe Billings at gabebillings@ymail.com for any multi-team approval.

What to upload and by when

By March 12, 2027, upload your final roster, player medical releases, and required player-pass documentation to GotSport. This online step is your complete check-in, so confirm every player is listed and every document is attached before the deadline. Schedules post the same day, and no roster changes are permitted afterward.
